Time to smell the coffee

Its time to wake up and smell the coffee for the political class in India. Governments the world over have fallen for lesser infractions than the ones which are currently happening in India (Arab Spring anybody!!!)

The ruling elite are in so much hubris that they have lost connect with the reality. It is as much our fault as voters as theirs as administrators to have let things come to such a state.

We have always been a federated country. The North has nothing in common with the South, the West with the East and the North-East states have always been isolated in their own bubble. It is this difference and lack of unifying ideology that has been exploited by the ruling elite of India to the fullest to keep us ignorant and away from our rights. As a responsible Indian I am going to say NO MORE.

Change comes from within and its time for us - regular common Indians to bring about the change we want to see in our country. Change need not happen sweepingly, neither does it happen overnight, it must be allowed to set in, make itself a part of our day to day life before we can see it reflected in the society.

Change must be such that it improves and nurtures our way of life for the better, rather than breaking the fabric of our society and throwing it into chaos. Change can make our life better if we are willing for work for it. I can be that CHANGE, YOU can be the CHANGE, together WE can be the CHANGE.

Coffee anybody??
