Seems like IPL is struck with a lots of Panvati (bad luck). The jolts just don't seem to stop for the cash rich league...
This years tournament is making a name for itself both on and off the field. Sting operations by media, fixing allegations, fracas between the owners and officials, bad behavior by the players and now a overseas player arrested for molestation.
Add to that the general apathy by the officials managing the event and the cricket matches increasingly looking like fixed it seems that the shine has gone out the league.
The honchos of the game will do well to remember that this is the goose that lays the golden egg. Too many scandals or too many incidents will tar the public memory and may make the league obscure in due time killing the goose....
